Clerio Vision's response to COVID-19
As we work as a community to prepare for the impact of COVID-19, we wanted to share how Clerio Vision is addressing the current situation and the proactive steps we are taking for the safety of our employees, community and customers.
- We have decided to temporarily shut down our physical offices. This measure is being taken to help safeguard all Clerio teammates, and to do our part in helping to minimize the spread of the virus in our local communities. Most employees will be working remotely and available to take your orders and answer any questions you may have. Please continue to call us at 877.336.2482.
- To ensure you receive Extreme H2O products ordered, a minimal amount of staff will be in the shipping department of our Sarasota, FL location. The employees chosen have shown no signs of illness and will be working in separate locations to enforce social distancing.
- To support social distancing for your patients and your practice, we will temporarily offer free standard shipping for your ship-to-patient orders.
Clerio Vision is a company that exists to enhance life and health. Our hope is that these preventative measures will result in the coronavirus affecting fewer people in our respective communities; and the slowing down of the spread will enable health systems to keep up with the demand of caring for sick people.
We know this is a challenging time for everyone, but we feel confident that as a company and community, we can get through this together.
As you probably heard, there are major shortages of Personal Protective Equipment in several parts of the country. Doctors and nurses have taken to social media recently asking the public to donate such items to hospitals in need. Clerio currently uses surgical masks and latex gloves in some aspects of our manufacturing operation and have decided to put these supplies to good use. We will be donating a sizable portion of our masks and gloves to hospitals that have been hit the hardest. We hope this helps to control the spread and helps medical professionals stay safe while taking care of sick people.
